Not yet, let's wait till we decide on the name of the Food Truck - stay tuned. 

Can I have a job on your Food Truck. 

Yes, in fact we might need a part timer to help with the lunch shift. 

Are we going to see Hilola, the best cook ever, in the truck? 

Hilola is working really hard on finishing her business degree. She will be involved in menu development and marketing aspects of the business.   

When are you open for business? Are you going to have a Grand Opening? 

Yes, we are planning a Grand Opening on May 17th - save the date.

Money?

Family helped for the most part. 90% of the money is there. We are planning to launch a Foodstarter Campaign to raise the rest of the money. Primarily to finish the truck and purchase some of the equipment. 

What is a Foodstarter? 

It is a crowdfunding campaign to help a local business, specifically designed for food trucks and restaurants. It is not charity or donation driven, but in contrary, community and friends pre-pay for food/service before the business opens. 

What is going to be unique about your food truck?
- High-quality mobile restaurant that creates gourmet dishes on the go
- Hot and delicious kebabs made from scratch at a reasonable price
- Serve each customer in less than three minutes.
- Local fresh and quality ingredients, when seasonally available.
- Gluten-free and vegetarian options, depends on the demand 

Location and Parking? 

- We will be open six days a week for lunch and dinner. 

- We are looking for a private location that is convenient for Fayetteville residents and UofA students.

Are you going to cater? 

Yes, we will take catering orders and on-site serving at private parties and events.

Are you really doing this?

Yes.
